Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or customised products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
